Charles O. Morgan brings decades of entertainment, sports and tax experience to PARRON LAW's clients. He advises artists, athletes and organizations, with particular depth in tax planning, real property, and probate and trust matters.

Charles earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law (cum laude, Research Associate Fellowship), a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (cum laude, Law Review), and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Wheaton College.

He served as a legal expert to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee on non-profit tax reform, and has long been active in the sports community — as Executive Director and Trustee of the Don Shula Foundation, a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, and in multiple Super Bowl committee roles.
